Niko Marmeladkov 73f09c29ab Add cert-based re-authentication (OpAuthCert) ... New flow: connect -> OpGetChallenge -> OpAuthCert (signature + certDER) -> server verifies cert chain + Ed25519 signature over challenge data -> reuses existing identity.
