* Introduce a Content sided config file
This PR adds a server_config.toml file on the content side of the game.
Before the example config file was provided by Robust Toolbox. Which meant it could only really have RT related settings in it.
This PR tells dotnet on build time (Via Content.Server.csproj) to replace the config file with the one in content, which means we can have specific SS14 cvars.
In this case, the new default has what I believe to be the most touched config options for Space Station 14, sandbox player side and server host side. Along with a good description on what everything does.
Fork owners may add their own cvars they believe should be easily visible at a glance by just editing the server_config.toml inside the Content.Server folder.
Fork owners should change any of these defaults if they like to have a consistent experience for players downloading a sandbox server.
* Comment fixes
* Holy shit this pr had requested changes wtf
* Make ServerPackaging automatically get extra server assemblies
* Make the switch
* Use Content.Server.deps.json instead
* Remove debug
* Rewrite
Now recursively fetches dependencies from Content.Server
Only copies dependencies not covered by Robust
This removes the need to manually specify most of the dependencies, even the content ones!
Also look at runtime key properly to figure out the proper dll name.
This actually removes some assemblies that were duplicated between the main directory and assemblies (various Microsoft.Extensions stuff)
* Fix test compile errors when updating dependencies
Ran across this while updating dependencies on the RT .NET 10 update. Should be fine to merge immediately.
* More .NET 10 prep
* Convert to SLNX
Hell yeah
* slnx now has size-2 indents
* Update SLNX with new RT system
* Remove reference to RT test in toolshed test
* Remove accidental usage of transitive RT dependencies
* Move Robust project references to RobustApi
* Update solution file
* Fix warnings in pow3r
* Fix nullable warnings in integration tests
idk where these came from
* gitignore binlog files
* Fix transitive dependency warnings in Content.Benchmarks
* Update slnx
* Okay, the Robust API thing didn't pan out. New plan.
It apparently broke clean builds, as the dependencies aren't in the project asset list or something anymore. I tried to fix this, but it seems impossible to do without relying on .NET SDK internals, as there's no point in the NuGet graph walk process that seems cleanly extensible.
Instead let's just do the much dumber thing: a bunch of .props files for content to import. Hooray!
This also means that I have to go through and *explicitly* disable transitive dependencies everywhere in RT. This thankfully isn't too hard.
* Update RT to 269.0.0
* One last solution update
* Fix more data definition issues
* Update RT to 269.0.1
* Fix it again

* THE RETURN OF ITEM STATUS
Item status is now inline with the hands again. You can now see item status for both hands at once.
If you have more than 2 hands, the last active hand of that side is displayed in the respective item status.
The item status for the active hand is also highlighted.
Item status has been given a new look so it looks unique and matches every UI theme.
* Shrink item status to 125px
This is going to require fixing the existing controls. Do that later.
* New bullet item status rendering
sex
* Make gun item status look just a little bit nicer.
Avoid only one or two bullets ending up on a single row of an item status.
* Delete Eris theme files
* More improvements
Fixed the fact that left/right were flipped around when assigning status panel locations. Involved renaming all the UI textures.
Redid how content margins are set from the theme. Less complex and cleaner now.
Made the item name always left-aligned, just looks better since other UI elements don't adapt anyways.
* Compact down item status text
Now it fits 3 lines of text on one line. Yay.
This is achieved by compacting RichTextLabels by reducing their line height and giving them a negative bottom margin.
* Add item status sprites for Ashen theme.
* Add status control to show beaker/bucket/jug solution/transfer volumes
Also PollingItemStatusControl I'll be using that more.
* Fix welder item status, clean up welder code
The item status control implementation was ancient and bad. That's why it was buggy.
Removed all the complex dated networking stuff for welders, we just sync the solution contents now anyways so none of that is needed anymore. This moves a buncha stuff to shared and just removes code.
Cleanup. The code was doing some really dumb stuff.
* Spray bottles show contents in item status.
* cowtools
* Fix plasmafire and clockwork themes.
Actual git gaslighting wtf.

* Give .props files 2-space indents.
* Move to Central Package Management.
Allows us to store NuGet package versions all in one place. Yay!
* Update NuGet packages and fix code for changes.
Notable:
Changes to ILVerify.
Npgsql doesn't need hacks for inet anymore, now we need hacks to make the old code work with this new reality.
NUnit's analyzers are already complaining and I didn't even update it to 4.x yet.
TerraFX changed to GetLastSystemError so error handling had to be changed.
Buncha APIs have more NRT annotations.
* Remove dotnet-eng NuGet package source.
I genuinely don't know what this was for, and Central Package Management starts throwing warnings about it, so YEET.
* Remove Robust.Physics project.
Never used.
* Remove erroneous NVorbis reference.
Should be VorbisPizza and otherwise wasn't used.
* Sandbox fixes
* Remove unused unit test package references.
Castle.Core and NUnit.ConsoleRunner.
* Update NUnit to 4.0.1
This requires replacing all the old assertion methods because they removed them 🥲
