    Pull-to-refresh no longer reloads the page from inside a presentation, the canvas, a dialog or any other scrolled list.

    • The web chat now reports one "pull allowed" state: any open overlay (the document viewer, canvas, menus, the lightbox) or any scrolled list blocks the gesture, and new screens only need a data-overlay marker to join in.
    • The app starts from "refresh forbidden" until the page says the chat is at the very top, and it also checks the WebView's own scroll position.
    • The native overscroll glow is disabled on the WebView, and the browser side drops pull-to-refresh entirely (overscroll-behavior), so the gesture cannot fire by accident anywhere.
